Refund & Return Policy

At Pebbles by Maple, we are committed to providing you with high-quality personalized products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully:

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on personalized items due to their unique nature.

Exchanges: We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If the piece is received damaged, ripped, or cut.
  • If the product design or category delivered is incorrect.
  • If there is a spelling mistake in the name personalization.

To initiate an exchange, the client must share an opening video within 24 hours of delivery. We encourage mutual discussion over a phone call to resolve any issues amicably. The client can then ship the product back to us, and upon receipt, we will re-ship the replacement product within 3 days. The cost incurred by the customer on the return courier will be reimbursed upon presentation of the bill.

No Return or Exchange: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on mild color variations as colors may vary due to screen differences and cloth lots.

Feedback: We value your feedback and are always ready to listen. Your feedback helps us improve, and we reward it accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • No exchanges are accepted based on customer’s personal preference or likings.
  • We prioritize our exchange policy, however the process may take upto 15 working days after initiation.
  • The incorrect product must be returned in its original condition unused along with all accompanying accessories.

All maple products are handcrafted using basic equipment's by our skilled Indian Artisans. We take all efforts in standardizing the product quality, shape, size, material and looks. However, we take pride in our hand crafted products and there could be slight variations from pictures or product to product. these should not be considered as imperfections or mistakes and no claims based on these shall be accepted.
