Shipping policy

  • Shipping Timeline: Orders are processed & shipped within 7 days of purchase.

  • Delivery Timeline: We deliver the order within 9 to 10 days after processing.
  • What is Delivery time, Processing Time & Shipping time ?
    • Delivery Timeline: is the total number of working days for an order to be delivered to your door steps from the day it has been ordered.
    • Shipping Timeline: is the total number of standard working days required for your ordered to be ready at our manufacturing facility before it is shipped. and  the number of working days required for your order to reach you once it is shipped from our facility.

  • You may contact us over email for courier tracking details, if required. However, given the bulk of emails, please be patient to help us revert. 

  • The average delivery time after dispatch from factory is 3-5 working days. If there is a delay in delivery from the side of courier company, then the customer cannot hold us responsible although we would be happy to assist in every way to resolve the matter as a mediator with courier company. 

  • Many a times, the courier services do not have direct doorstep access in suburban areas or new townships. In that case, the courier company may ask you to pick up the courier from their nearest center. Courier will stay in touch with you on the provided phone number by you at the time of order. Your phone number will be duly mentioned on the attached bill on courier.
